Registration Information for NLE New Passers (Dagupan City)
“Register Where You Took the Exam” policy.
To passers who took their NLE in Dagupan City:
PRC Initial Registration: AM only

Requirements:
- Personal Appearance
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
- 2010 Community Tax (Cedula);
- Two (2) pieces passport-size pictures (colored with white background and name tag);
- One (1) piece 1”x1” picture (colored with white background and name tag);
- One (1) piece documentary stamps;
- One (1) piece short brown envelope with name and profession;
- Original and photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate (original copy for presentation purposes only); and
- Initial Registration Fee of P600.00 and Annual Registration Fee of P450.00 for 2010-2013
The Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration will be issued by PRC Central Office within 3-4 months after transmittal by the Regional Office.

All must come in their white gala uniform, nurses cap, white duty shoes, without earrings, hair not touching the collar and without corsage.

Oathtaking Schedule for July 2010 NLE Passers
The Board of Nursing has announced the schedule for oathtaking of the July 2010 Nurses Licensure Examination passers. NCR Oathtaking for New Nurses from the July 3-4 NLE is set for Sept. 20 & 21, 2010. Tickets will be available at PNA, Manila after official release of results. Regional Oathtakings will also be set & the BoN to administer oaths are the following:
Gen. Santos, Roxas City, Davao - Hon. B.Merrit; La Union, Laoag, Bohol - Hon. C.M. Abaquin; Tacloban, Bacolod, Zamboanga - Hon. P.G. Po; Pagadian, Tuguegarao - Hon. L.A. Faire; Legaspi, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo - Hon. A.B. Rosales; Baguio, Pangasinan, Pampanga - Hon. Y. C. Arugay;
Cebu, Dumaguete, Lucena - Hon. M. A. C. Sto Tomas.
The said oathtaking will be streamed live according to the Board of Nursing.

July 2010 NLE Results Release and December 2010 NLE Re-sched Set
The Professional Regulation Commission – Board of Nursing through Resolution No. 2010-17 series of 2010, stated that the July 2010 NLE results will be made available on the last week of August and that the December 2010 NLE will be re-scheduled from December 12 and 13 to December 19 and 20, 2010. PRC November 2009 (NLE) Nursing Licensure Examination Results
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Sunday that 37,527 out of 94,462 passed the Nurse Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing.
The examination was given in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, La Union, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Sulu, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last November 2009.
The results of examination with respect to sixteen (16) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.
The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination in Manila as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Monday and Tuesday, March 8 and 9, 2010, with morning (8:00 A.M.) and afternoon (1:00 P.M.) sessions at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
